Team Deathmatch (TDM) is a game mode in paintball where two teams compete to eliminate the players on the opposing team. The objective of the game is to eliminate as many players on the opposing team as possible, while trying to avoid elimination yourself.
In a typical game of TDM, each team starts on opposite sides of the playing field and must work together to eliminate the players on the opposing team. Players are eliminated when they are hit with a paintball, typically on the torso or head. Eliminated players must leave the playing field and are not allowed to continue playing.
The game typically has a time limit, and the team with the most players left at the end of the time limit wins. Some variations on this mode allows the players to respawn, and the game finishes with a certain number of rounds instead of a time limit.
TDM is a popular game mode in paintball as it is fast-paced, action-packed and easy to understand. It is also well-suited for players of all skill levels, as players can work together to achieve a common goal and improve their teamwork.
TDM is also known as Elimination, or Total Elimination in some places, players should be familiar with the rules and variations of each place they play on.
